"Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints"

"We were allowed to check in a little early which was great. We had a nice clean room, the tv was a little glitchy but we only had time to watch for about a half hour. The pool hours were great. There was a dog next door that barked anytime a door shut, the doors were very loud at night. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, overall it was a nice stay."

We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience."
