"Nice hotel conveniently located to K2 Crawley, good facilities but steam room needs fixing - not hot and a bit dirty. Pool great however. Good room, lots of towels, good telly and beds, and nice smelling products. "Fabulous stay at stay @FL, wish we’d had more time at the actual venue as the surroundings are fantastic!! Very peaceful and Paul was great! We had a lovely breakfast of poached egg (resident chickens) and salmon/ham! Would defo recommend, also take walking shoes (trainers) and go for a walk!! "

"We arrived late in the evening and so phoned to check on late access. They sent me instructions and an access code to get in. I would say the room was shabby chic, there was a well stocked pot with tea, coffee, sugar etc. The unfortunate thing with bed was that it was on casters so when you tried to get into it the bed moved away from you. (suggest putting the casters in something to stop the bed moving) The morning breakfast and service was absolutely great. If I fly from Gatwick again and use...

"Our hostess was lovely. Good communication before our stay, clear instructions, and a good welcome with just enough information but not too much. The beds were comfortable, the en suite room clean, homely, roomy and provided with a small fridge and microwave plus crockery, cutlery etc which made our lives a lot easier. Very good breakfasts, she cooked our choices of eggs to perfection! All in all a great stay and worth the extra drive from the family members we were visiting half an hour or so...

"While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property."
