"My family and I have been traveling to the Lakes Region for 30+ years and have somehow never stumbled across Cold Spring Resort. I am so glad that we discovered it, as we enjoyed every bit of it. The unit that we stayed in was perfect for our family of five (two adults and three small children). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Our kids loved that there is an indoor and outdoor pool. Additionally, I loved being right on the golf course. Even though I did not...

"The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults."

"You have the pond and house to yourself, hidden away from the road; it's great escape from everything. Bring a telescope or binoculars, it gets legitimately dark and the stars are wonderful."

"Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this little gem. The houseboat was immaculate. We enjoyed the benefits of the Akwa Marina resort."

"We enjoyed our stay at Eidelweiss. The house was perfect for me and my adult son. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the grill because it was very dirty and rusty looking. But the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is a very quiet area. And close to little pea porridge pond which is so nice to swim in."

"Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!"
