WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!
Comfort: All rooms feature blackout curtains, for a peaceful nights rest. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). All bedding and towels are white, do not trust vacation rentals that do not have white laundry! Master bathroom features a massage setting on the shower. House is energy efficient with dual pane windows and blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are all Novilla 10" medium firm premium mattresses free from harmful chemicals. House features an ecobee thermostat. Gas heat for the pool is available for an add-on and is an extremely luxurious experience and aquathermal solar pool heat is available for FREE, see add-ons below for more info.
Exterior: As you drive down our quiet residential street in a conveniently located city location, you are greeted with saguaro cacti in the front yard, along with birds of paradise, bougainvillea, Mexican purple grass, palm trees, and desert rocks. The outside has is freshly painted. The style of the home is called territorial which is popular in east side Tucson. These homes feature a flat roof. In the backyard you will find Arizona rosewoods, bougainvillea, a misquite tree, and a selection of brazilian saguaro cacti. The pool is divable with a nice deep end. We have patio furniture as well as an outdoor grill to enjoy. Mountains are visible from the backyard. If you have kids who like to explore east side Tucson neighborhoods feature alleys which are fun to explore with the little ones.
Inside: Inside you will get greeted with a shockingly modern look and function. The open split floor-plan features a full kitchen as you walk inside, with bar stools, quartz countertops, new shaker cabinets, a whirlpool dishwasher, a stainless steel fridge with an ice maker, an electric stove, a toaster, a blender, and all you need to cook. Past the kitchen you will find the pool table which has plenty of space to play and spread out. Beyond this is another living room with a couch, a wood burning fireplace, and a collection of board games to play with the family. Off the kitchen we also have a breakfast nook to enjoy the view out the front yard. We have two separate dining areas to entertain large groups. One bedroom is on the right wing of the house. On the opposite wing you will find a the other four bedrooms which are on the larger side. Two bathrooms have an en-suite restroom! The master restroom features a barn door and a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom features a tub shower combo. The second room with the en-suite restroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has views of the Catalia mountains which are locally famous. All rooms have televisions wall mounted.
Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in the master suite and the bedroom facing the mountains, enjoy the priceless views! The patio in the backyard has shade most of the day if you prefer to work outside with the priceless mountain views and fresh desert air.
Entertainment: We have a smart TV in each bedroom, all Roku enabled. We offer NFL Sunday Ticket, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, HBO Go, Showtime, and Netflix streaming services for your enjoyment. Simply sign in through Roku and enjoy! Please message us for details or if you need any assistance. We have a a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games, we also have a firepit and a charcoal grill in the back. Our mother of sorrows catholic elementary school is a 2-3 minute walk and has basketball courts that typically remain open after school hours and on weekends. We have life size canvases throughout the house you can take selfies with in the Arizona landscape and never leave the house!
Conservation: Our home offers some green features. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. We recycle and expect guests to do the same.
Optional Pool Heat: We heat our water in THREE ways! One is with aquathermal solar, second is with gas, third is with pool blanket. Solar aquathermal is FREE and works well April 1-Sep 30 and maxes out in mid 80's. Gas heat is needed to keep pool swimmable from Nov 1-March 30 and is $249 for the first day and $129 for each subsequent day and keeps it at a ridiculously warm 90 degrees. Gas heat in the warmer months from April1-Sep30 is $129 for the first day and $89 for each subsequent day and will guarantee the pool at 90 degrees. Gas heat is available year-round, in case the weather is too cold on the day you arrive for the electric or solar heater to be effective. The solar blanket is required year round to keep Mother Nature happy, it reduces energy loss by 90%. If you select one add-on, it must be for all days of your booking, not just one day. 90 degrees is similar temperature to a warm bath. Just let us know after booking if you want to add the gas heat.

We have of extra blankets and sheets and provide all linens. If you’re putting kids in the rooms the king beds can accommodate 3 kids each they are quite large. By request we can apply more air mattresses and bedding for groups exceeding 16 guests.
Security: We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.
Booking: If the calendar is open, the house is available. Yes, we take last minute bookings.
