Enjoy maximum privacy along with all of the advantages of resort condo living in this highly sought-after ground floor unit in the very furthest corner of Boulder Canyon at La Reserve, at the base of the Catalina mountains.

This unit is very unique because of its location in the community, providing peace and privacy along with all of the fantastic amenities this community offers. No parking lot, building or carport views here... Just desert and mountain views, wildlife, birds, and ample room to spread out around the unit.

This 2br/2ba has a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, oversized walk-in shower in the master en-suite bathroom. Second bathroom access from both hallway and second bedroom making for two master suites. King bed in one bedroom, queen in the other. Both bedrooms have very large walk-in closets. Laundry room with new washer and dryer in unit. The private patio has desert views and privacy as well as a screen door for enjoying fresh air during the fall, winter and spring months. This unit comes comfortably and furnished and ready for your seasonal (or longer) visit with comfortable beds, work areas with desks, theater-sized smart TV and more. New HVAC installed fall 2023 for your comfort.

Well-maintained community features covered, reserved parking, beautiful clubhouse with library, meeting rooms, workspaces, a full exercise facility, beautiful heated pool, spa, ramada and BBQ areas. Beautiful area of Oro Valley at base of mountains. Privacy and nature while walking distance to lots of dining and shopping as well as farmer's market. Very short drive to Oro Valley Marketplace and Gaslight theater and concert hall. Across the street from our famous bike loop. 2-minute drive to Catalina state park. Easy access to downtown, U of A and more via Oracle Rd.

The condo was clean, well equipped and conveniently located in Oro Valley to the bike loop, stores, hiking trails and restaurants. We stayed for six weeks and met a lot of friendly people in the complex. Lore was responsive to our few requests. I’d highly recommend staying at this condo if you are visiting Oro Valley.

I had an amazing two-week stay at this beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Tucson! The space was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated with lovely artwork, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything we needed was provided—especially the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always checking in to ensure we had a comfortable stay. This experience truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Oro Valley/Tucson —we hope to return someday!

Winter getaway

Our 2-month stay was everything we hoped for. Our accommodation was as advertised. Our host was amazing and very helpful when we did have a question. Cosy unit with wildlife views

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit to be very comfortable. Lore was very quick to respond to a couple of concerns we had. Nice private corner of the property backing on to a desert area and we saw a bobcat, javelinas, a coyote and many birds (I am an avid birdwatcher so particularly enjoyed this). Hope to return.

Amazing condo at a beautiful location

Oro Valley Arizona staycation

Location is wonderful. Complex amenities are amazing. Unit was clean and comfortably nice size for a couple or small family. Huge closets in both bedrooms!!! Having a dishwasher, and a washer & dryer in the unit made stay much more pleasant. Property owner/manager was wonderful.

Perfect rental

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The location is very close to Catalina State Park and also very convenient to many eateries and shops, and minutes from our favorite farmer’s market and entertainment venues, which had some great events while we were there. There are wonderful opportunities to walk and hike from this condo. Oro Valley is a beautiful part of Tucson, we usually stay near Ventana Canyon and decided to try this area this time and loved it as well. Lore was a very helpful host and made sure we had all of the information we wanted and needed. We can’t wait to return.

Private and peaceful location

Having stayed in Oro Valley before, I knew that La Reserve was the prime location. I like the ease and many amenities of a condo but also enjoy privacy when I want it, and this property afforded everything I was looking for. Lore was truly an excellent host, she responded quickly to all of my questions pre-reservation (I didn’t have any during my stay) and made everything very easy for me. The unit is tucked back in the corner of the condo community and has a very nice and private area around it. I enjoyed having coffee outside in the mornings and being able to walk out the door and hike as well. Walking through the beautiful La Reserve neighborhood was also very pleasant. I didn’t bring my bike on this trip, but when I return to Tucson I will definitely book this place again and bring my bicycle as it’s in very close proximity to the excellent bike paths here. It’s also very convenient to many area restaurants and a convenient base to get to anywhere in Tucson. I highly recommend this property and Lore as a host. I’ll be back!
