With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and private backyard, this home has plenty of space, and is perfect for families & business travelers. Thoughtfully designed with soft modern palettes, high-quality bedding, and sleek appliances, this home is made for comfort and relaxation. Ideally located near Tucson’s most desirable sights and attractions, you’ll be just a short drive from the city center’s urban shops, unique dining experiences, and vibrant nightlife.

The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area creates the perfect space to gather. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender—offering all the modern conveniences you need while away. For entertainment, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a 50" smart HDTV with Roku and Netflix.

Guest Bedroom 1: brand-new memory foam queen bed and full closet.

Guest Bedroom 2: two twin beds (convertible to a king), ideal for kids or adults, plus full closet.

Primary Suite: memory foam queen bed, spacious walk-in closet, and large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a relaxing garden tub. This suite also includes a 50" smart HDTV with Roku and Netflix. Both queen bedrooms have ample space for a pack-n-play (provided).

The hall bath offers a convenient tub/shower combination, and the laundry room includes a large linen cabinet for extra storage.

Excellent communication with owners as well as location to our daughter’s house. They allowed us to check in early so that was appreciated. Neighborhood felt very safe. Cons were no TV in any bedrooms, outdoor grill was very dirty so we couldn’t use. The light outside didn’t work so difficult to see the key pad at night. Washing machine and a few other items were dirty/dusty.

Great Tucson Home

Very nice location at an affordable price made for a great visit. The home is as nice as the pictures on the site. We didn’t spend much time at the house because we were on the go from sun up to sun down exploring and experiencing all that Tucson has to offer. A very comfortable home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Great place for the family. Only complaint was the floors were pretty dirty. Needs a good mopping.

Light and bright

Nicely appointed kitchen Good hosts - very responsive. Floors need wet mopping. Outdoor lights did not work. Grill is excellent. Comfy beds and a good TV. Bring sleeping masks because the sun is up early and it is bright!! Nice neighborhood near pima air and space museum. Would recommend / stay again.

Beautiful home

The property was located near all the places we wanted to visit: U of A, the Saguaro National Park (East and West) and Pima Air and Space Museum. The owners were fast to respond to our questions and needs. It was a perfect retreat for our family to enjoy some downtime in a house that was clean, spacious, and quiet.

Great place for families

We stayed here with our 5 kids (ages 1-13) and it was perfect! Bedrooms are a nice size, and the house itself is very spacious overall. It was in a nice, quiet part of town. The location is only 80 minutes from San Tan Valley/Florence (which is where we were coming from) and about a 35 minute drive to Windy Vista Point on Mt. Lemmon, which provides a beautiful lookout over Tucson. The hosts were very communicative and helpful regarding any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

My family and I came to Tucson for our church’s annual conference. We usually stay in a hotel but wanted to have more room this year. The Vrbo property was the perfect choice. It was clean and bright and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was great for morning coffee. The house is also near a small lake that was nice for early morning walks. My kids have already asked if we can stay in the same house next year. Thank you to Bryan and Anh for providing a perfect vacation rental!

Perfect for our weekend Stay

Very nicely decorated and clean. We were attending a graduation at the University of Arizona and wanted to have a place to gather with the family. The living and kitchen area was perfect for entertaining.

Perfect stay!

We were visiting Tucson for my bachelorette party and the house was perfectly located. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The home was exactly as listed- beautifully decorated! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The owners were very easy to contact and were helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying at this home!
