This is a private residence (no shared indoor or outdoor spaces) and includes a huge double carport and driveway for parking. This is a brand new listing for a completely renovated 3-4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located on the extremely popular east side of Tucson near the historic Old Spanish Trail https://azstateparks.com/historic-trails-of-arizona-old-spanish-national-historic-trail and it is situated in a quiet community near shopping, restaurants, and the world renowned Saguaro National Forest with biking and hiking trails.
Introducing the newly completed outdoor living experience which includes a saltillo tile patio, lush plants and flowers and a beautiful rose garden trellis.
This home features large common living spaces with an open concept and ample seating in the living room and a huge dining room table.
The living room has a 65 inch TV and includes: Paramount+, Disney+, Netflix, Plex, ESPN+, Hulu, and many more channels and high speed internet. Also, near the TV you can pair your smart device to the Bluetooth speakers.
The kitchen has been fully remodeled and features an eat-in breakfast bar and a coffee station. The kitchen has all new appliances, granite countertops, marble flooring and tile galore. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!
The bathrooms are completely updated and stylish.
The bedrooms feature one king bed in the Master Suite and 2 guest bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room all with premium mattresses and luxury linens, plus beautiful custom features. Each bedroom has large windows with private patio views, blackout curtains or roll down privacy shades. Each bedroom has ample closet space and dressers for folded clothing.
The outdoor spaces offers a huge private entry courtyard with string lights for outdoor evening enjoyment and comes furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs with a large umbrella. The side yard patio has a seating area, a small bistro table with 2 chairs and a bar-b-que grill. My favorite outdoor spot! Also, there is a large private rear yard with a terraced planting garden with lots of flowers and plants. Very nice bonus space.
The other amenities include a beautiful community heated pool located a short walking distance from the property or drive and park within a minute if you are packing a picnic, drinks, and other items like floaties. There are showers and bathrooms as well as a charcoal grill area with an outdoor refrigerator and lots of tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The common area also has tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. The key to the gate is located inside the closet by the front door. The pool is closed down during the winter time. Very nice property with very comfortable beds. The only item I thought would have been helpful to know is the office with the twin fold out has skylights, so our teen woke up super early. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great stay

In the last 15 years we have stayed at many places in Tucson but we all agree this is the best one. We couldn’t find anything we wished was different except that our stay was too short. The location is perfect for us, the beds are comfortable, and we really enjoyed the Arizona room and outdoor courtyards. We’ll definitely stay there again.

This home is spacious, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a multi-family visit. We were greeted by hummingbirds! The private courtyard is a bonus feature, with a cool desert vibe.

Family Wedding

This house was the perfect solution for our family….1 couple, elderly parents, and a single. The house had lovely outdoor spaces to read a book or eat a meal, or just soak up the AZ sunshine. The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped, a beautiful living room with a big tv (which we did not watch ) and a wonderful little “reading” room. Also close to grocery store and a Target. I would definitely recommend.

Explore Tucson

Val is a great host, she even came by and put the trash containers out on trash day. The home was clean and perfect for our stay. It’s on the out skirts of town but the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Great little courtyard areas front and back, but we stayed too busy to use them much and unfortunately the weather was a little on the cool side. Easy drive to see Tucson and attractions. Right next to Rincon Saguro National park and close to Mt. Lemmon. Easy drive to Tombstone & Bisbee. Also Sonoita wine trails, Tubac, and West Saguro park, Old Tombstone and check out Tubac.

Comfortable house

My family had a great stay at this house. It seems much larger than what the pictures show, have separate sitting areas ( which is great with kids), had everything we needed or at least start with and was very comfortable. Valerie is an amazing host. Her house is lovely and well laid out. Very user-friendly with appliances and cookware, if you are a person who prefers to do your own meal prep. We loved this house!

Three of us stayed at Val's house; visiting Tucson for the Gem Show. The house was super comfortable. We had everything we needed. The house was well equipped and very cute! Close to Starbucks, groceries, shopping, dining, etc. We had an issue with a curtain that fell down and the owner was there within 15 minutes. We are planning to stay at this location next year. We loved Val and her house!!

Delightful property - very secure

Four retired women who have been friends since high school decided it was time for a winter getaway to the south and we decided on Tucson. We started looking for a place to rent. The price was right on this 3 bedroom home and we were pleasantly surprised at check-in to have even more than we had hoped for. The three private outdoor courtyards were wonderful. The kitchen, living room, and dining room had all been re-done and were very well appointed. The bathrooms have not been updated but were definitely adequate. This place did not disappoint and we would certainly consider staying here again if we ever return to Tucson. Property manager Val was a delight to work with and made us feel very welcomed. She made a point of letting us know we should get in touch with her if there was anything we needed.

Excellent Stay!

We were very pleased with our stay! The host was very helpful to make sure our stay was great. The property was super clean and well supplied with all the kitchen cookware and dinnerware we needed to make numerous meals at the house. The outside grill worked great as well! The location is conveniently located near many outdoor activities and there are plenty of great restaurants within a 15-minute drive. We would love to stay here again for a future family trip to Tucson. Thanks!

Starry skies and sunsets

Well kept property. Near supermarket, restaurants and not far from main routes. Quiet clean neighborhood. A Gila woodpecker serenaded us on arrival (lives in the Saguaro out front). Enjoyed breakfast on side patio with early morning bird song. Kitchen well furnished. Coffee bar. Living room comfortable and TV with plenty of options. Internet service quite good. Beds confortable but a fan would be helpful to make them cooler (and it was not super hot during our stay). Leaving bedroom doors open helped. Be sure to check hot water heater setting as we did not and minimal hot water. A book with info about the house with this info would be helpful. Would easily stay again.

Tucson treasure!

The property was superb, and just as listed. The location was great, in a quiet residential area but very convenient for the places we wanted to go. The front yard is a great sun trap and we were happy to sit there on an afternoon watching the birds - extra special treat was seeing the humming birds!

Beautiful, clean property

From booking, to check-in, through our whole stay and check-out this was hands down the best travel experience to Tucson we have had. This property is beautiful: neat, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. In addition to all these features, it is also located near all the sites/ natural areas we wanted to visit.
