This was a comfortable house with a good variety of sleeping options. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 young kids. The bathtub was a great feature to have, as was the configuration of the bedrooms and the big rug in the living room. We did notice that the floors were dirty with black dust, since there were crawling babies. If there hadn't been crawlers, we probably would not have noticed, and it's probably hard to keep that dust completely out of the house. Everything else seemed clean and well maintained. The queen bed had a foam mattress, the twin was spring and the double was spring. Not sure about the King/master bedroom mattress. The couch was firm and it was easy to access TV/streaming when we needed to unwind after a long day. Large refrigerator with a well-stocked kitchen (bowls, utensils, etc). Microwave worked well (did not use stove, oven, or coffee maker, though all were present).
Everything was clearly labeled, and there were waters and snacks. The house guidebook was displayed prominently, and was a helpful reference, as was the "checkout" procedures list.
The A/C units were quite loud. If you have super little kids, beware of the glass-top coffee table, and a large vase that toddlers will want to knock over. We forgot to bring plug covers for the outlets, and there are some enticing cords and cables, but it wasn't too hard to keep the kids away from those. There was plenty of room in the master AND the garage-turned-bedroom with 2 beds for a pack'n'play.
