  • Take it easy and relax at this unique, quiet, tranquil getaway. Totally remodeled as of September 2022. Mountain View and beautiful evening sunsets. Large backyard with swimming pool(not heated) new PICKLEBALL court in 2025. Hot tub outsideLaundry room and gas/smoker barbecue. Gazebo with seating and glass propane fire pit.

    Have a cold one at the outside bar and relax and watch your favorite show or sport event on a 58inch television.

    Guesthouse has own entrance and lots of space to park. Large walk in closet with lots of space. King size bed. Brand new appliances and fixtures. Glass gas fire place in living room. Wall heater in bathroom for those cold nights.

We had a wonderful stay here. Karen was very friendly and hospitable. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We felt very welcomed and at home here. We would love to come back and recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful proerty

This was a great property and the host was fantastic. She was so cordial and so hospitable and spent time with us. We had a good time talking to her and her husband Dave I will go back in a minute and suggest this property to everyone it was just beautiful.

Awesome experience

Karen’s guest house is beautiful. The outdoor area was lovely as well. Mountain view is spectacular! We were so close to everything we wanted to see and do-saguaro national park, sabino canyon, and Catalina state park! Karen and David were stellar hosts!

Perfect location

We had a great time using this property as our base location. We enjoyed having our dinner on the patio one night so we could watch the sunset. The surrounding scenery was stupendous. The house was perfect for the two of us, and the hospitality was top notch!

Oro Valley Guesthouse

We loved the time we stayed in this guesthouse in Oro Valley. Karen was so welcoming & friendly. It was the perfect place for my husband & myself. It was very clean & comfortable & the location was outstanding! The outside space was wonderful! I look forward to staying again in the future.

perfect location for a stay from home

Karen and Dave were wonderful, friendly hosts. We felt home away from home. The guesthouse is a dream, clean and so well equipped, nothing missing. We also enjoyed the garden, the pool and the grill for our BBQ. We had a great time here in Oro Valley and we are going to miss you and the dogs.

Great getaway to the warm weather!

We had a wonderful stay in Karen’s casita, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Karen and her husband gave us some great recommendations on hikes and restaurants in the area, there’s so much do here we will definitely be back!!!

The casita is nicely decorated, clean and well appointed. Some areas of property are rather cluttered. Host responded quickly to a maintenance issue. Enjoyed the birds and nearby hiking.

A clean and comfortable space in a great location. The owner is amazing, too!

I really enjoyed staying in this guesthouse! I had not stayed in Oro Valley prior to this trip, and this property was a great location to explore the area. The guesthouse is private, while still allowing access to the pool and other amenities. The owner is incredibly kind and fun to talk to - but I never felt that I had to socialize. In fact, I was a little disappointed that we did not have the chance to talk more often. :) Thank you so much for a great stay!

Awesome Stay in Oro Valley

Karen and David were wonderful, friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were always considerate and helpful. The rental is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Kitchen and bath were well stocked. The shower was amazing. Appliances are top-notch. There are many nice seating areas outside, and a great grill. It was nice to sit around the pool. We walked from the property to the Linda Vista Trail, and many more trails are a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!
