As a guest here, you have the entire house to yourself. The home is located in a friendly neighborhood just minutes from downtown Tucson. The backyard is shared with the hosts but you have a separate entrance into the unit and will be given a unique key code to access the lockbox on the front door.
There is free parking onsite, and from here you're just minutes to local grocery stores, retail shops, breweries, museums, parks, and the vibrant downtown Tucson city center. This stylish tiny home is more spacious than you'd think, but if you're over 6 feet it might not be the most comfortable place for you. Perfect for couples and solo travelers, this tiny home in the heart of Tucson has everything you need for a peaceful getaway.

As the description indicates, this is a tiny house! Many guests comment that it feels much more spacious than they expected, but if you are above average height (6 ft.+) you might desire more space than our listing can provide.

- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM daily
- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation
- There is a $10 per guest fee for more than 1 guest
- No pets are allowed
- The owners have indoor 2 cats that live in the main house but never access the tiny house
- Longer-term stays on a case-by-case per guest & host agreement
- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products
- One of your hosts might occasionally smoke in the backyard, but care will always be taken not to smoke near the guesthouse. If you are particularly sensitive to smoke, let us know and we will do our best to make arrangements.
- You cannot smoke inside the unit but may smoke in the yard
HOUSE RULES:
If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules:
- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out.
- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.
- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
- As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed in the tiny house. Guests may smoke or vape tobacco in the designated patio area only. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products
- You have two parking spots available in the driveway for use during your stay. There is also free street parking, but we are not responsible if your car gets towed for being parked in a non-designated spot.
- No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
- 1.5 X rate additional charged for deep cleans will be added to stays over 3 weeks.
