"Absolutely terrible! Elevators took 30 minutes just to get to your floor and every time it would even get to your floor it would be full after 30 minutes! Had to haul 3 suite cases 15 flights of stairs because I was not going to wait a hour just for an elevator:( Floors were stained bad and it was all humid! Rooms were okay! In the parking garage the spaces are way too close! my car got hit just in a parking spot away from everyone! Workers were rude as well. Never coming back!"

"Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around."

"I have visited the showboat multiple times but this visit was the worst. The room that they haven’t upgraded need to be the curtains and the pictures in the room is scary and the worst part of it all was the dogs…. There was dogs everywhere… it was too much for me to handle and cleanliness of the place was not upkeep. i’m not sure if they designated room for people that make reservation with dogs, but I feel like it’s all in the same room.
