"Daytime desk clerk on 5/21 was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some seafood to remain frozen overnight, and she and Chris made that happen. Then she brought some ice to our room for our drinks. The attached restaurant felt historic (as it certainly is); the food was great; and the service/hospitality warm."

"We always have a great stay here, clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy parking! The staff is amazing and helpful with anything you need! They always give us great recommendations of where they like to eat! I always say when traveling ask a local and we have not been disappointed in anywhere they’ve recommended! The pool is bath water warm and felt wonderful, and the air conditioning works great! The property is very quiet!"

"My room was clean and updated. The one issue was the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night when I hadn’t set it. Once a loud buzz sounded like a fire alarm & the next night music. They did finally resolve it after that. "

"The hotel was under construction. Very dangerous, a construction worker dropped a Metal pole from the second floor and almost hit my husband on the head.We were packing our car prior to check out. No advance warning was given about construction above us.Witnessed by foreman who said they were trying to beat the memorial day weekend rush. Not acceptable. Reported to front desk staff on check out."

"We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And then our room was never cleaned. We are repeat customers. Not sure we will return"

"The motel is ok, probably fine for a summer place to be near the beach. It was fairly cold when we checked in and apparently the rooms we were put in have no heat. So we had to ask the front desk for space heaters, which they happily brought and did keep the place very warm. It's no frills, but the bed was comfortable enough and it was close to Wally's where we were going, so it did the job for us just fine."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. "

"We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car.
