The hotel staff were all very helpful and they allowed us to do a late check out and even arranged free transportation to the airport. "Hotel was in a great location. Quiet at night and still close enough to walk anywhere. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both were good. Staff was friendly and theres a great pho place almost across the street. Ate there every morning."

"The room was clean food was adequate staff was friendly but not very helpful with local information. The laundry was a little pricey and I am not sure I got everything back I sent. The tours we booked through the hotel were almost double the price they were online definitely a learning experience."
