"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"The view from the balcony is stunning to watch the sunrise and the sunset. It is perfectly located between 2 beaches (10 min walk either way) and close enough to wander in to town if you like the tourist things. The owners were so helpful and brought us fresh fruit, veg and eggs regularly, that they grow in the gardens surrounding the property. We’re we’re a family of 4 and there was plenty of space to relax and chill."

"Overall the property is in a fa tasting location. Dry quiet and peaceful. Easy stroll to beach and main town. Only complaint was there has been perviously some partial flooding internally at ground floor so damp smell in under stair cupboard, blown plaster low level on walls around bathroom door frames blown low level. from water damage. Needs a little TLC as in cosmetic repair."

"The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

"We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. "Was a lovely villa and great location, nice and clean and tidy with regular visits from cleaners.
