"So despite its name, this is not a hotel. It is definitely a motel and that is how it should be filtered on Expedia. Parking was annoying- Expedia description states that there is a parking garage with which the motel has a relationship and this was not available on our visit so we had to find parking in a busy area. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in.
