Welcome to Northstar Mountain Retreat!

This bright and spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, and a two car garage. Enter the home through the garage or via the covered front steps and stone foyer. What we love most about this property is the bright and open great room with floor to ceiling windows and views of Martis Valley, and the separate hang out space for the kids. In the winter enjoy being on the Northstar shuttle route for easy lift access (and no parking hassle!). In the summer enjoy being a mile away from world class mt. biking and walking distance to valley trails and golf. Cozy up by the three fireplaces and enjoy a movie or play a game, or take a soak in the private hot tub after an active day out in the Sierras. Your stay includes guest access to the Northstar Recreation Amenities including the clubhouse with gym, heated pool, multiple spas, tennis, pickelball and game room at the cost of $10 per person. This home is family friendly and suitable for 1-2 families or 3 couples to share.

Northstar at Tahoe is a fun and active year round destination for the whole family-conveniently located equal distance to north Lake Tahoe and the quaint historical town of Truckee (both just 10 minutes drive away). Experience the state of the art mountain bike park, golfing, concerts, village events, roller skating, hiking and a variety of shopping and dining options in the village. A free shuttle service is available year round for transportation to and from the village, only a two minute drive away.

Comfortable stay

Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Very cozy, comfortable place. Private hot tub awesome! Very clean. Property mgmt was very well organized and was stellar at communication! Only thing they could Fix(minor) is the book in the rental for check out procedures is slightly different than the digital check out procedures. Overall, we would/ will come back! Fantastic rental & great management. out procedures differeed from out fix

Family Tahoe Trip

We visit Tahoe often with some or all of the family. This last stay was exceptional, as the house layout, amenities and comfort helped us all enjoy our stay that much more. The property management team was awesome in making our check in and stay effortless and carefree and were accommodating to all of our needs. We will be back.
