The Space:
Tucked well back into the forest for maximum privacy, the home offers four bedrooms, two baths and makes for a perfect mountain getaway. There is an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and family room. Enjoy details like the Sonos sound system (no TVs throughout this home). Newer stainless steel kitchen appliances, wood stove, light fixtures, and granite slab breakfast bar invite you to make this your home away from home.

Whether you're looking to experience a warm summer on Lake Tahoe, enjoy an adventurous winter at famous ski resorts, or relax in a beautiful home in the mountains, this home has something for everyone!

The BBQ is only open during the summer. The garage is not for guest use.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

This property includes 2 guest passes that allow guests to access the Tahoe Donner Association, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). Each pass can accommodate up to 4 people for entry (8 guests total). Okay spot

Place was fine but should note that the guest bathroom was pretty dated and I got a sense things were not as clean as they could be. Dish scrubber and kitchen baking dishes had some grime and crumbs in the couch. Overall our stay was fine and got the job done.

Great location

This was a great place for my family of 5. The location was somewhat close to the Donner ski area. Great wood burning stove that put out a lot of heat. Good space around the house for snow play. There is no TV, so bring your tablets or enjoy games with family. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ski trip

Love this house but only complaint is broken washing machine and limited hot water. We have group of 7 and hot water was depleted after one person took shower and it took hours to reheat the water. Guest service person Katherine was very nice and unfortunately unable to solve the water problem. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay
