MAIN FLOOR
As you step through the main entrance, you are immediately welcomed by an open-plan living area filled with light, showcasing high, stepped ceilings that mirror the architectural lines. The airy ambience extends through the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all of which offer access to the main floor outdoor living spaces.

The stunning, high-ceilinged living room features a modern fireplace with a floor to ceiling chimney made from river rock and slate gray panels. The carefully curated interior decor draws the eye upward, enhancing the grandeur of the room. A soft, high-end leather sectional comfortably seats six, accompanied by geometric monochrome armchairs. Perfect for entertaining, this space is ideal for game nights, movie marathons, or conversations that go well into the night!

To the back of the living room, you’ll find an elegant dining room that offers a sophisticated setting for entertaining with an eight-person table. Above, a modern chandelier provides the perfect lighting for dinner parties. A side buffet and separate wine fridge make it easy to serve family-style meals, buffets, or hors d'oeuvres Whether hosting a casual meal or a gourmet dinner party, the stunning china and place settings ensure a memorable dining experience!

Designed for both beauty and functionality, the kitchen features beautiful countertops, sleek cabinets, and high-end appliances. The large island, wrapped in stunning striped monochrome marble, offers six comfortable, cushioned bar seats. While the main floor is a sophisticated and elegant space, the lower floor is comfortable and designed for relaxed gatherings and includes three additional bedrooms.

At the bottom of the stairs the home opens up to a casual den that features a poker table and a bar with a microwave and large wine fridge. A comfortable sectional with foot stools, a coffee table for games, and a large TV create an ideal space for spending time together, playing games and enjoying your favorite shows and movies.

The first two bedrooms on the lower floor are bright and comfortable, each with flat-screen TVs, ample closet space, and access to the lower floor patio. They share a spacious four-piece bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Great location for playing the golf courses there. House is beautifully decorated. We had 3 children under 5, we brought our own baby gates. All appliances are new and work perfect. Every room had a large TV. All bed were comfortable and all have ceiling fans. I would definetely stay there again,Only thing I would suggest is to get blackout shades in bedrooms. .
