"The hotel is a 5 out of 10. Very dated, not Hilton quality. Hilton has lowered their standards and Expedia also has lowered their expectations. Makes a person wonder who to use choosing a hotel."

"We really enjoyed this hotel! The cabin decor was very nice and cozy feeling. The furniture included a nice desk and a dresser with plenty of room for your clothes. The staff was cheerful and welcoming, and gave us a long list of nearby restaurants. We will definitely look to stay in this brand of hotel when we are traveling again in the mid-west."

"The security lock on the door was broken, turned on TV had a picture turned off to go out to eat but when we returned NO picture but sound. Was told having issues with cable?.. Where you hang your clothes on was coming out of the wall. No clock in room, no kleenex box, the outlets on the lamp was loose for my charging box for my cell phones. You could take a shower and a bath at the same time (drain was very slow) GOOD: A/C"

"Great experience for an over night stay vs a traditional highway hotel. It being a beautiful mansion within the historical area, added to our trip’s memories."

"Staff was wonderful.Safety did not seem to be an issue. Parking was free and not an issue. It would have felt safer if one actually needed to use a key to get into the side doors. I wanted to like it, but the floors felt so dirty and the sheets and bed covers have seen much better days. But….for $56 I was ok wearing my socks to bed and putting my own belongs over the pillow. All in all, if the place could get a refresh, it would be a good place to stay. I don’t know if I will stay here again,...
