Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, minutes from Frear Park Golf Course and RPI, you can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. With easy access off of Historic Route 7, you can explore Troy as well as Vermont, the Berkshires, Saratoga, and the Adirondack region. This historic home comes with living room and separate dining room, two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard with deck and barbeque grill for relaxing outdoors. Whether you wish to explore the region, do a little golfing, or relax at home, this house provides the perfect base for your adventures. We hope you'll enjoy your stay in our classic Troy home.

A darn good deal

A bargain deal, amazing house, amazing everything. I was a customer at the "other house reserving website" and this is my first vrbo. I most likely would come back to this place. So close to the grocery stores. So close to many attractions. It's very well situated. House is huge, bigger than I expected. Very comfortable, feels like home to me. Host left out some food and water for us, really nice. One of my top 3 house rental experiences of the past decade.

Felt right 'at home' in quiet neighborhood.

Well appointed kitchen and nice little extra welcoming touches from the host. Nice neighborhood. Comfortable back yard. Great wifi. Convenient to grocery and drug stores.

Charmer in Troy

Very pleasant house in a nice neighborhood near Freaer Park. Conveniently located just off of Hoosick. Easy access to the colleges and the major roadways. The owner is very helpful and accommodating.

Historical Troy

Comfortable house; host was excellent, great communication. The neighborhood was great; quiet and good walking. Host had everythingg you needed from spices to cookware. Great outdoor deck and backyard. Will stay again!

Great location for visit to RPI

We enjoyed this house a short distance from RPI. Definitely walkable, although we ended up driving. Kitchen had lots of small appliances and everything needed for cooking. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. Bedroom are upstairs, family areas downstairs. We will be back!
