"Very big room. Slightly outdated, but everything was clean and what we needed. Stayed on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator so beware if bringing large or heavy luggages. Did not hear the neighbors through the walls, but can hear people walking in the hallway and noises from loud cars. "

"I was very comfortable. I had to buy a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner because they don’t supply that anymore, also needed to ask for a room with a refrigerator as I was staying for 3 nights. Didn’t have a microwave though. "

"Second time we have stayed here and we love it ! The rooms are big and comfy with great amenities!! "

"Jake helped us with a smooth check in he was very accommodating. Room was very clean, smelled nice and had a really nice shower! Best mattress I've had in a hotel room. Parkinglot is well monitored which is a plus!"

"I would have like to have seen the bathroom remodel done better. The tissue holder was not reset right. There was no way to turn on the bathroom fan while showering. That will cause mildew to set in for sure."

"Hotel very clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast very good. Only thing was parking full each night and had to park far away. Back doors key entry kept having issues on/off each day."

"Love having the fridge and a clean place to sleep. We discovered our paid campground at Mt. Hood locks down at dusk and locked us out of the campground and park so we had a late check in here. I could tell this is a wonderful property when I walked in, and this trip we've left some properties that were not acceptable along the way here from MO. We are relieved."
