"The house was very nice. It worked out wonderful for the four of us. It rained several times on us during our stay so the ping pong table was nice to have available. Overall experience was very good ,close to all the state parks we wanted to visit. We did a lot of fishing while we were there only down fall was there wasn't a easy way that we found to the creek from the back yard... But found access to the creek just a short walk down the road. And Lyman lake was not far away and had some decent...

"We had a good time in Wellsboro. The house was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was with the amount of noise from traffic on the road and one night people were on the back of the property racing around. Which we realize the owner can't control that. We had room to park our boat too. Everything else was good. Would recommend this rental to others."

"The Octagon was a great venue for a Memorial Day Weekend trip of eight life-long friends. Our 47th year! The house was perfect sized and offering room to hang out inside as well as outside by the fire pit. We cooked three dinners and found the kitchen perfect for our needs. Very secluded and no fear of disturbing neighbors with music or yelling during horseshoes matches. The Tioga Golf Club was just minutes down the road and the bike trip down the Pine Creek Canyon was easy but beautiful. A...

"My husband and I had a wonderful second visit to this peaceful and cozy apartment. Tom and Aine are wonderful hosts and will make your stay extra special. The apartment is immaculately clean and very comfortable.We enjoyed riding the rail trail on our bikes. I highly recommend packing a lunch and stopping at the Tiadaghton Access Area for a picnic lunch. The Wellsboro area has some delicious restaurants for dinner. "I am really happy that out of all the places I looked at for our last motorcycle get away weekend I choose this rental. It reminded me so much of my childhood and the home and area I grew up in. The views and comfort of this home are second to none! Loved it! The road to get there...well that needs a little work."

"We had a fabulous stay. There was a welcome danish and a nice note when we walked in. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a little chilly outside so we didn't get to utilize the fire pits or the deck overlooking the river. We did walk down and check it out and the pit down there was fully stocked of wood.
