Big house located just 10 min away from the city center. You get the sea on the one side of the house, and the forrest on the other with great hiking possibilitys.
The house is on two floors, and on of them is newly renovated. Exsperience the Norwegian nature by sitting out on the big deck, looking out on the ocean. The porpoises swim by every day, and the sea eagle lives near by.
Truely an amazing place which you won't find anywhere else in Trondheim.
Go out fishing with our yellow rowing boat. Free fishing equipment at the house.
Jacuzzi at your disposal for extra charge.

Magnifique chalet sur le fjord, décoré avec goût, avec grande terrasse très agréable. Le logement est bien équipé, l’hôte très attentif à nos besoins et disponible. Les seuls points à prendre en compte en fonction du nombre de voyageurs est qu’une des chambres n’a pas de porte et qu’il n’y a qu’une petite salle de bain avec toilettes intégrés.

Vi har haft en fantastisk og anbefalelsesværdig uge med en skøn skøn udsigt . Vi fik dog ikke brugt jacuzzien så meget da vejret gjorde at det simpelthen var for varmt, men de sidste dage kom den heldigvis i brug :) Ville dog gerne have vidst at adgangen til huset er lidt besværlig.

Great house and location!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay just outside the city center. It is directly on a bus line and we had no problem doing all the traveling. Being outside the city means we had a lot of space and incredible views. The home is well-stocked, charming, and so comfortable. The check-in process was seamless and the hosts communicate very well and promptly. We felt very welcomed at the house and were greeted with birthday treats for our celebratory weekend!!! I have already recommended this home to a friend!

Die Aussicht über den Fjord ist wunderbar

Das Haus am Fjord bietet absolute Ruhe, eine tolle Aussicht auf das Wasser und den Himmel, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, eine große Küche und einen sehr engagierten Vermieter. Das Badezimmer ist klein. Viele Lampen werden über den Stecker geschaltet. Im Herbst ist die Heizung sehr notwendig. Der Weg zum Haus kann bei Regen leicht rutschig sein, weil er sehr steil ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Morgen die Aussicht genossen. Am zweiten Abend kamen dann die Polarlichter dazu. PERFEKT! Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Amazing view

We had a lovely stay. The house has many windows that look out to the sea. We saw otters playing on our last day. The home is uniquely and tastefully decorated. Our host welcomed us upon arrival and was prompt to answer any questions we had. Sorry we had to leave.

Great house and very friendly owner

We enjoyed our time in this great house very much. The interiour is really harmonious and well decorated, the house was really clean, the garden is big and very trim. It ist close to Tondheim, but the location ist still very quiet. We just felt really confortable and like at home. You can go for a swim an your own "beach", a great area to walk is Bymarka which is directly behind the house. The house is located in nature but only a few minutes from Trondheim. The owner is very friendly and cares really good about his guests. Thank you, Michael, for your perfekt hospitality.

Great location, nice house with great view

Friendly owner. The only issue was that the downstair of the house was not clean. Parking is on the street so you have to walk down some distance to bring your luggage to the house.

Relaxing in a beautiful house with sea view

The house is nicely decorated, you have everything you need. We enjoyed the location right on the water very much. We also have used the rowing boat extensively and caught a few big fish directly in front of the house. We had have a lucky hand with the summer weather - all in all it was a relaxing week in Trondheim. :)

Gemütliches Ferienhaus am direkt am Fjord

Das Haus liegt direkt am Fjord und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über das Wasser. Im gemütlichen Kamin haben wir jeden Abend ein Feuer gemacht. Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Trondheim oder Bymarka. Man hat auch viele andere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Tourenvorschläge sind im Haus. Um das Haus herum ist ein Garten, den man auch nutzen kann. Zum Haus gehört ein Boot, wir haben es zwar nicht genutzt, es steht den Gästen aber zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Michael Berg ist ein freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Per Email ist er quasi ständig erreichbar und antwortet auch sofort. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und würden dort sofort wieder Urlaub machen.
