"We loved our stay in the cottage. My wife now wants me to build one just like it somewhere. Big enough to not feel cramped, but not too big to where it becomes expensive. The screened patio was enjoyable, we ate dinner and breakfast there. The AC worked great and was very comfortable inside!"

"This is our 2nd year of staying here in August to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location and sleeps all 9 of us.. The pool was wonderful and used every day as it was over 100 degrees every day!! The few issues we had last year were all addressed (AC in the pool house, extra fan upstairs). "Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. "This is a very nice home, very well stocked with everything you need to make meals, there is a wonderful pool and beautiful landscaping. The home has a great air conditioning system in every room, pet friendly, and decks all around home. You can barbecue on a good grill. Owner available but respectful of privacy and provides a nice welcome basket and even flowers! We will definitely be returning. "
