"Beautiful properly and excellent staff. Everything we were hoping for in our first visit to Oxford. Only challenge was we came during a heatwave and the hotel does not have AC. Staff tried to help with fans but it was simply too hot."

"The bed was broken or not put together. We spent all night putting the bed back together. It was apparently two single beds. It was a nightmare as my daughter had exams needed a good nights sleep. I told them that before we arrived. There was mould on the shower . I am asthmatic!Strange staircase which did not help my mobility issues. All night people walking and partying Above and keeping us awake all night! My daughter went to the exam with 2 hours sleep and failed the exam. All of the above...

"Definitely not a summer property. We upgraded our room for a bigger bed which included a mini fridge and espresso maker. That being said we faced the road and the room was HOT! No AC so windows open with a very average floor fan. The road noise wasn’t horrific but it was there even at 4 am. Nice shower, wardrobe. I’d book again if I was traveling in April or May."
