"This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores. "TV didn’t work properly as signal seemed to cut in and out. Staff tried to fix, but wasn’t able. Advised in the end other rooms having same issue, so no use moving rooms. We are an older couple who looked forward to retiring for the evening and watching TV, so this was disappointing as we couldn’t watch a movie or anything. Aside from that issue everything else was alright so far."

"This hotel was adequate.
Pros: the front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The pillow was very comfortable. It was quiet. There was plenty of parking. Great proximity to the airport.
Cons: The mattress was like sleeping in a hammock. The A/C didn’t work and we were burning up all night despite having it turned down as low as it would go. There were strange brown stains on the curtains and a smashed bug on one panel. An empty toilet paper roll was left in the bathroom and no spare rolls...

"All was good but the complimentary breakfast wasn’t all that. Not really many items you would think would be available for this. Also the room had a musty smell. And it sucks the windows didn’t open to let fresh air in. Other than that the bed was comfy and the room was otherwise clean."

"It was a decent stay, though it could have been better. The rooms are motel style and not a hotel. There are no water bottles in the room nor any filtered water station to fill water. Rooms were a bit old, but decent. The breakfast was also bare minimum with no hot food items, even boiled eggs were cold from a packet. Overall 2.5 stars and an okay experience if you want to just need a night halt for sleep."
