Family villa, Violetta Nellie is gracefully nestled in the typical Sardinian vegetation "Macchia Mediterranea" (Mediterranean scrub). This villa is located between the turquoise sea and the rocks of Costa Paradiso.

The characteristic sandy beach of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi, can be reached in a few minutes, but other dream beaches such as Cala Sarraina or La Marinedda at Isola Rossa are nearby. During the summer season it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants and bars, other small shops and a pharmacy.

Located in the residential complex of Costa Paradiso, Villa Violetta Nellie is not far from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Capo Testa and other towns such as Valledoria, Castelsardo, Trinità d'Agultu and Badesi easily reachable by car.
In the inside part of this region, you can visit the area of "Gallura" and some peculiar villages like Luogosanto, Tempio Pausania and the picturesque Aggius with its famous "Valle della Luna".

Villa Violetta Nellie is 85 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and 95 km from Fertilia / Alghero airport.

Villa Violetta Nellie is composed by a living area where is a practical and modern kitchen which overlooks the sea.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
From the terrace you can enjoy the sea of Costa Paradiso. The shared pool, integrated into the landscape and the rocks, has two depths which let the villa very suitable for families with children.

Exploratory trip! We have been 3 days in this villa with friends only for a few days in occasion of an explorative journey for an event in project for next Spring. My girlfriend and me would have the desire to get married in Sardinia and celebrate in an intimate way with our friends right on the sea. Our interest was therefore aimed at the verification of the place and the search for a larger villa to rent where to spend a few days before and after the wedding together. We knew that the agency with which we booked also had larger villas available and we came for this. In any case, the villa where we stayed, although modest, has left us very satisfied. We were very good and comfortable even in 4. We didn't used use so much the pool because unfortunately we didnt have a lot of time! What a pity! At this time it was very uncrowded, indeed just for us! Sardinia Unlimited we will get in touch as soon as possible for our "loving project"!

Nice seaview villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool. Well equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday! A good starting point for a journay along the coasts of the northern part of Sardinia. We loved the small terrace and the sea of course…

We've had a beautiful family holiday in this clean, nicely kept villa located in the most stunning location. Best points: -stunning views of the rocks and the sea -a terrace with a breakfast table looking out on to the sea -good value for money -clean villa -two bathrooms - close to the pool -quite secluded -blinds that keep all the sunshine out Things to improve on: - no kettle -no toaster -no basics such as hand soap, salt, pepper, cooking oil. - no fans or air con which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable when the choice is to either get too hot or get bitten by mosquitoes Overall a very good experience and highly recommended location.

Meine Frau und ich waren im September 2016 zwei Wochen in der Villa Violetta, die vermutlich zum selben Komplex wie die Villa Stella Marina gehört, wie von Fewo per Mail abgefragt. Costa Paradiso ist als Landschaft wunderbar, insbesondere mit den bizarren Felsen und großräumigen Blicken auf das Meer. Die Bademöglichkeiten wie in der offiziellen Karte abgebildet, sind allerdings weitaus bescheidener als im Internet vorgestellt. Anstatt vier Strände kann man nur die sandige Spiaggia Li Cosi wirklich zum entspannten Liegen empfehlen, da die anderen mit harten Felsgrund versehen sind. Um zu Li Cosi zu gelangen, ist auch mindestens ein Gang von einer Viertelstunde erforderlich. Hinzu kam dieselbe Anfahrtszeit von unserem Appartement oben am Hang zum Parkplatz. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat das zum Teil ausgeglichen, da wir uns jederzeit spontan erfrischen konnten. Daher ist ein Auto absolut erforderlich, da während unseres Aufenthalts auch der benachbarte Supermarkt bereits geschlossen hatte, wie auch das Restaurant. Wir konnten auf diese Weise einige wunderschöne Wanderungen unternehmen, auch die Strecke von Li Cosi zur Spiaggia li Tannari. Ein Wanderführer ist sehr sinnvoll. Das Appartement selbst war von der Küchenausstattung her bescheiden ausgestattet, auch die Matratzen hätten gerne etwas weicher sein können. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt aber gefallen und ist für ein bis zwei Wochen auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, schöne Ausblicke auf verschiedenen Terrassen. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, Pool und Räumlichkeiten sind o.k., Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool und Größe des Pools sind für die Anzahl der Nutzer (unseres Erachtens waren es Mieter von mehr als 5 Villen) zu klein. Aber wir waren sowieso lieber an den Stränden in Umkreis von etwa 30km. Auto ist unabdingbar. Die Küche ist eher einfach eingerichtet und minimalistisch ausgestattet. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage gibt, hatten wir für August ganz erträgliche Temperaturen im Haus, was vielleicht am Wind lag. Insgesamt wren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Villa violetta weiterempfehlen.
