    If it's taking a siesta in one of the comfy beds, running a bath and soaking in the tub, or cooking up your best dish in the kitchen, we are confident our space will deliver the experience you are seeking!

    Working remotely? No problem. Set up your laptop, connect to the WiFi, and get down to business. Just consider cutting out a little early for a hike at Fishers Peak (Colorado's 42nd State Park) or spinning your gravel bike tires on one of the many county roads in the area. Heck...You may even see a pro gravel rider or two out on the bike as they prepare for Trinidad's "The Rad", one of seven races that make up the Lifetime Grand Prix Series. Is there a space to safely park my bike(s)? Absolutely...We have a bike rack ready for you in our Utility/Laundry room! Want to ride but no bike! Head over to Trinidad’s local bike shop “Trantula Cycles” where Joe and Dave have some sweet rental options.

    Lastly...If your time on the road has resulted in a few dirty clothes, never fear. Take advantage of washing a load or two in our full size washer and dryer. You and your travel partners will be glad that you did!

My family stayed here for a night on our way to Breckenridge Colorado. It was the perfect stay for the night, even two. They had everything you would need. It was a fantastic home. We are definitely booking here again on our next trip.

We were cyclists needing a convenient place to stay based on our cycling route. This property appeared. Close enough in walking distance to downtown’s unique restaurants and stores. We were able to wash clothes and use the refrigerator and freezer for our next-days food supply. It all worked out very well.

I stayed here for one night with my dog and it was perfect! Check in was a breeze with the detailed instructions from the host and the house was extremely clean and well stocked. They even had decaf coffee, which was a pleasant surprise! The fenced yard was perfect to let my dog out in and there is a walking trail nearby with a fenced park. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, well-stocked rental. The host also went above and beyond to return an item that I accidentally left. Will be staying here again in my future drives to Colorado!

Loved it

One of the cleanest places we've stayed. Loved the old part of Trinidad could easily walk to downtown. Loved the front porch!

Cozy landing

This cottage provided is a cozy landing place each day! Sitting outside was beautiful and provided a place for family go gather.

Fantastic little place to stop by when we went from Texas deeper into Colorado. Nice, clean and with great communication from the owners. The location was very easy to get to from the highway.Very dog friendly and my boys loved the fenced in backyard.

great place to stay in between Texas and Colorado

very cute place to stay. Some notes from our trip- Neighborhood not nice but didn't feel dangerous- 1 bathroom for the 2 bedrooms- fenced in yard is great- washer / dry- fully stocked kitchen- recommend trying the chinese place down the road

Great place to stay while in Trinidad. The yard was perfect for our pups. The front porch was amazing, loved sitting out and watching the rain. House was perfect size, more than enough room for all of us. Kitchen was good size and had everything for cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

Traveling through

Wonderful house. Very clean and hosts were great. We travel through often from TX to CO and usually stay in a hotel. We opted for house this time and it was great. Will definitely be using this property again.

Summer Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed the stay. The home was beautiful and cozy. Convenient location for everything. Our dogs enjoyed it the most. Barking at Chico, the neighbors Chihuahua, and the park that is right around the corner. Lake Trinidad was a nice experience.

Comfortable and quiet

We enjoyed staying in this house in Trinidad. Even though very close to town and some traffic, inside the house was very quiet. The front porch a nice place to sit and read or talk as well.

Loved the home. We were lucky enough to add an additional day! Perfectly suited for dog lovers. They can run the entire property .The enclosed porch was great to relax and enjoy morning coffee. Or late night caps. Tons of personal touches. Hope they will have us back soon!
