"we ate there the night before we left. We ordered dessert online. The server made us show her our receipt for the dessert before bringing it to our table. When she finally brought our dessert she was very sour and didn’t even apologize. Seemed very rude."

"Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant...

"The hotel is in a lovely location in the centre of Criccieth. An easy walk to both the castle and the David Lloyd George museum, home and grave. We had no trouble finding a parking slot in their free car park. Very comfortable bed. Best chips ever with our evening meal! Good hot and cold buffet breakfast, with toast made to order. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. It took us while to find room 37. Followed signs up and down a long corridor and finally found it on another level,...

"This place is a find. Directly across the road from the Pyg trail at Snowdon. Comfortable beds and very clean. Make sure to book parking as it is in high demand or park down the road and take Sherpa Bus."

"On arrival we had problems locating the appartment. We ended up walking round the whole building and it was only on our way back round to the front of the building, we saw the no1 on the letter box. This needs to be moved to the front of the appartment under the kitchen widow, so it is seen straight away, or just a no1 on the wall. The decor was beautiful and stocked with everything you could want. The bed was very comfortable but the door latch wasn't working so hard to keep the dog out as...

"WOW!!!!! What a property! From amazing scenic views from the property, to the cosy lounges, fantastic bedrooms and garden this really is the spot to have a peaceful break. The village itself is quaint with nice pubs a short walk away and a small harbour and playground for children. We have already said we will book again."
