"They need to work on the a/c. Room is normally warm no matter what you did. Also could not use deadbolt on room. Did not align correctly. Was not the only one that had these problems."

"Beautiful room. Very large space and modern. Heated towel rack and fridge did not work on our room but we were only staying one night so just informed them at check out. Great location in a quiet area but walkable. Had a late dinner at hotel and it was good. Sauna and pool area is a nice option after a long day of exploring. Would be nice if this area was open until 10 for that very reason. "

"Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again"

"I did not get the room I booked which was one of the more expensive rooms. They moved me to the room I booked the following day but not until 5 pm and I was leaving at 4 am, so the suite with terrace was not worth the price. NO UPGRADE OR compensation for the hassle and inconvenience other than 2 drinks on the house. The Nespresso maker was outfitted with knock off pods which tasted like cigarette ashes. Fortunately, I had the genuine Nespresso pods in my suitcase. Is that even legitimate….did...

So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. Hotel knew the bathroom had a defect since there were already molds present in areas where the water was coming from but they still placed us in that room since they were fully booked.
