Also on the ground floor, a well-appointed bedroom of 40 m2 is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living areas. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, 3 further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 30 m2 and is furnished with 1 french bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, with a private shower and WC and access to the terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom measures 40 m2 and offers 1 french bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and terrace access.
