"Really nice hotel in most ways. We just had a rough night of sleep because of the AC situation/too much light. The unit below the window only pumped out a little cool air on a day in the 90s, and if we closed the curtains to block out the parking lot lights, we would lose ALL the air from the unit. Also, the pull out bed was in rough shape and very noisy. "

"Not very clean, the elevator floor and common areas were a little old and needed some repair. Check in was 4pm but check out 11am. I wish the check in was earlier and breakfast was included!"

"Great stay at this hotel. Had a great view to the water. Very clean. The bar is a lot of fun with adult games, small casino and the bar patio has a nice fireplace. Only negative is the complimentary breakfast lacked variety. "

"Stayed here last week to celebrate my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! Yesenia, at the front desk, was amazing and provided top notch service, especially when we asked for some extra things! We did not use the amenities but they looked nice! Will definitely stay here again if and when I return to the area! "

"We completely enjoyed our stay. The front patio looking at the lake was a great place for our group of 8 to relax and chat. The location is fantastic! We parked our cars at Bella Vista and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I could only suggest that a full length mirror might be installed in the suites since there was only one mirror in the room (above the sink in the bathroom)."

"Location was great, but the AC control was not working and it was warm in our room upon arrival. And the windows don’t open. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, but my husband said they were ok. Decor and ambiance was nice and what we expected and a fun change from modern hotels. "
