"Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. "An idyllic stay at a property that was delightful, from the views to the overall comfort, and was well and amply stocked with thoughtful amenities. The location is great, in terms of proximity to Damariscotta and environs, but one also feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of summer tourists. The kayaks were fun, as was looking for animals in the water at low tide. A true haven of a rental that was much appreciated!"

"Six of us stayed at Sea Eagle and enjoyed every minute of this well appointed and thoughtfully decorated house. If you are considering Boothbay, I highly recommend. The location can’t be beat, the house has everything you need to include comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of places to enjoy the company of others or enjoy some solitude. It really is a gem. "We had 3 generations staying in the Friendly Cottage and all of us loved it. The grandkids loved climbing down the rocks to the little beach in front of the cottage and walking to nearby Cedar Beach to swim. My husband, son, and grandson really enjoyed playing golf at Highland Green Golf Club in Topsham. "Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. Wendy was a very generous and gracious host and made sure our stay was special. We can't wait to visit again"

"It was very cool to stay over the water and to be able to walk down and sit out on the deck and the floating deck. The property is located on a very busy road and it is very easy to drive by the property. The parking is tight. Otherwise lovely stay. "
