"The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor.
I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!!
Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools.

"Checking in a 9pm, I got the "Neglected room" behind the elevators. The bathroom sink was clogged, the floor made your feet brown if you were barefoot. But, since I brought it to the nice staff's attention, it should all be fixed for the next people who end up in "that room"."
