"They will put you in their list rated rooms if you are not a prospect buyer. Place was not full but still they will room you in the poorest views. It sucks"

"This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Excellent, and we will be back. "

"My husband and I wete here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We loved the amenities, assortment of games. So many levels.. we loved most of all, the encounters with all the beautiful bears. The quiet majestic views. We will definitely return and bring family."

"While the staff worked hard during our stay, there were a few significant setbacks. Unfortunately, only one employee was assigned to cover both the front desk and housekeeping. Because of this, our 4:00 PM check-in was delayed by several hours, and we weren't able to get into our room until around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Additionally, the next morning we discovered critters in our bedsheets. We strongly recommend a deep, thorough cleaning of the rooms and furniture before hosting future guests."

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."
