Comfortable lovely apartment in the very center of Lenno: here in Lenno you will find everything you need for your holiday and this apartment is a perfect place to stay with spacious living room/diner that leads to the terrace with view on the lake and surrounding mountain, modern classic Italian style full equipped kitchen with induction hob, 2 comfortable large bedrooms both with balcony and a modern bathroom with big shower.
1 private car parking free of charge is available just outside the building in a private area.
In the SAME BUILDING WE RENT ANOTHER 2-bedroom APARTMENT and a studio apartment, if you wish to come with friends or big family, please enquire for more information.
Ideally located to reach all highlights on Lake Como: the boat stop and bus stop are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and enable you to visit all attractions in this beautiful area. Relax on the private terrace or stroll down to the center with its cafes along the lake including the best Gelato in lake Como, its restaurants and small shops, grocery and supermarket, everything reachable on foot. Even the beautiful man made sandy beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes ‘walk from the apartment, there you can spend unforgettable days with your children or go for dinner in a unique atmosphere. The public free beach it’s also only 2 minutes away from the apartment and offers a relaxing garden where you can lay in the sun or reach the water for a swim, bar/cafè is right in the same place. Bank and post office at walking distance. Market-day every Tuesday, one step from the apartment, to enjoy a typical atmosphere. Right here in Lenno you will have the possibility to visit Villa Balbianello and its wonderful garden, Villa Carlotta is reachable in 5 minutes ‘drive, Bellagio and Varenna are also very close and you will enjoy a pleasant boat trip to reach them, Menaggio is just 10 minutes by Car from here, Como about 30 minutes and you can reach them by boat, fast-boat or bus. The scenery walk called “Green Way del Lago” crosses Lenno and you can start from here this leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages, churches, villas and gardens, by breathtaking views.

We will be glad to assist you giving you advice on the best way to visit lake Como area, giving you our suggestions on how to go around, good restaurants, beautiful hiking, etc. Please feel free to ask any time.

This property was a great choice for our stay. My friend and I chose this for location and walking distance to the vaporetto, food, grocery, and balbianello (though this is a bit of a walk into balbianello property itself). Ambra was very helpful on directions, where to eat, helping with our luggage, and any questions we had through our stay. The linens were so fresh smelling and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hat mehrere Balkone - die Aussicht auf den See, Lenno und die Berge ist großartig. Auch die Lage war super und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ambra ist total fürsorglich und liebenswürdig, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil: im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung auch in der Nacht trotz Ventilator und durchlüften sehr warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The view was great. It was pretty easy to get to the ferry, restaurants and grocery store. It is on the third floor but stairs aren’t to bad. The building is very secure and neighborhood is safe. The street in the front is narrow and sometimes the cars and motor bikes go quite fast on it. Would stay there again.

Family Holiday

We loved the apartment and it was perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 teenagers. The apartment is large, spotless and everything worked well. We loved the balcony where we spent most of our time taking in the spectacular view. Ambra was very friendly, helpful and informative. We would love to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious, pleasant apartment. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Our favorite feature was the sunny patio with the beautiful view of the lake. Ambra is a wonderful host- very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the ferry and access to the lake. Very close to Villa del Barbianello. Highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Lake Como!

Perfekt - Wohnung und Gastgeberin!

Eine sehr, sehr, sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar: 2 Supermärkte, Apotheke, Tankstelle, Bus, Fähranlegestelle, Restaurants, Eisdiele, 3 Badestellen etc. Lenno ist ein sehr schöner Ort und die Wohnung super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ambra ist sehr herzlich und fürsorglich und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Vielen Dank, liebe Ambra und Familie! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung von Ambra ist wirklich sehr schön, alles ist neu und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man selbst kochen kann. Von einem der Balkone hat man Blick auf den See. Ambra ist ein sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin, man wird herzlich begrüßt und bekommt Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

We knew the place would be great but it even exceeded our expectations. Ambra is a great host and was very helpful with everything. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und herzliche Gastgeberin!

Der Ausblick vom Balkon (mit dem ersten Kaffee am Morgen; in der Sonne!) auf den See ist herrlich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet auch genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Die Küche ist für die Selbstversorgung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Ambra hat uns sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen und wir konnten Sie bei Fragen kontaktieren. Ein Parkplatz für unser Auto stand auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, kurze Wege zum See und zur Seepromenade, zum Fähranleger und den beiden Supermärkten; alles fußläufig zu erreichen! Unser Auto hatte eine Woche Pause. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Hauptstraße, die doch zeitweise stark befahren und dementsprechend laut ist. Wir können dennoch die Wohnung bei Ambra nur weiterempfehlen.

Amazing apartment

Highly recommend

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambra’s apartment. Great location, very short walk up slight hill, close to supermarket, ferry and restaurants. Super clean, equipped kitchen for cooking, very spacious, we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. Would also suit a family of 4. Ambra was very accommodating and responsive. It is on the third floor, however not an issue for us.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed four wonderful nights in Lenno staying in Ambra’s beautiful apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location, just a short walk from the lakeside was perfect. Joli appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est grand, joliment décoré et bien équipé pour un agréable séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Beaucoup de visites et les commodities sont accessibles à pied, et Ambra est agréable, très disponible et de bon conseil ! Cependant l'appartement est bruyant car on entend la route même fenêtres fermées, et le chauffage en ce mois d'avril était discontinu donc un peu juste pour le confort que nous attendions. Il y a plusieurs balcons pour apprécier les belles vues et un stationnement juste en bas!

Nous avons pu profiter de l'emplacement de l'appartement, idéalement situé pour visiter les villages autour du Lac de Côme. Le bus, le bateau sont à moins de 10mn à pied. Schöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, neuwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man hat ein schönen Blick auf den See und ist zu Fuss schnell in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin Ambra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Exceeded expectations

Felt welcomed by Ambra and her family from the moment we arrived. Apartment was larger than expected. Very modern and clean. It was so nice to have space to lounge in, especially as we ran into some rainy, relaxing weather. We loved the Lenno location as it was so much quieter and relaxing than the more touristy areas of Bellagio and Varenna. Ambra's suggestions of where to eat and some local drive/adventures were wonderful. Very nice grocery and launderette within walking distance. Loved the kitchen as it allowed us to stay in for dinner when weather not so great. We look forward to recommending this apartment and location!

Dream destination wedding and vacation.

My girlfriends and I were visiting Lake Como for a friend’s wedding. This was a perfect location for transportation, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Ambra was very helpful and gave us tips for how to get around, where to go, what to see and became like family to me and my friends. The apartment is beautiful and we could sit for hours on the amazing balcony taking in the gorgeous views. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
