Què li ha agradat: Neteja
The apartment is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Bed and linens of good quality, a fairly well equipped kitchen (if a bit small), and two bathrooms with good supply of hot water. The location is superb; right in the heart of the charming village of Lenno, and just steps from the water. There were, however, a couple of disappointments. The apartment is not well soundproofed, which for the most part was okay but since it’s right on the main square, if there’s a noisy group in the restaurant below or an Oktoberfest celebration till 2am in the square (as there was during our stay) it can be difficult to sleep even with earplugs. Also there were several lightbulbs burnt out in the apartment, the stove/oven are old and should be replaced, and the closet door in the bedroom was jammed and unusable (we brought the latter to the attention of the manager as soon as we checked in, and it was acknowledged, but no one came to repair it and so we had to find other places for our clothes). We would definitely stay here again as it’s a great location and a nice apartment but we urge the manager to pay more attention to routine maintenance and upkeep.
