"First time staying at this hotel, chosen after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Only difficulty is parking but we found on street parking fairly close. Our room was at the rear of hotel accessed by a lift. The room was clean and fresh and always nice and warm. Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. Good choice on the menu served in the restaurant which was lovely. Wouldnt hesitate to book again as the hotel is in a lovely spot and convenient for all Llandudno has to offer."

"The staff go above and beyond when asked. Always ready to answer questions and the man on reception this morning got us an uber cheaper than the app sorry I didn’t get his name !!
