"one of the best self catering i have stayed at on the outskirts of Bodmin for a Winter break this is an ideal please for touring Cornwall, for anyone wanting to set up base to sea fish or fishing in general i have one minor gripe No central heating in the property, but there are electric radiators and extra blow heaters There is a log burner that does kick out a lot of warmth, for the very cold nights, I will return later in the year"

"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...
