Welcome pack. Large lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are slopes in the garden. The property has a natural water supply from a spring.. This beautiful, detached cottage, just a short distance away from the market town of Llanrwst, is the perfect place to have an indulgent and relaxing time away. Whether you want to take a leisurely stroll down into Llanrwst for lunch, or drive over to the nearby village of Betws-y-Coed, there are plenty of memorable places to visit. For the adventurous amongst you, the cottage is situated only a short drive from Adventure Parc Snowdonia, where you can take part in an array of activities, from rock climbing to aerial assault courses, and you can even try your hand at surfing. Alternatively, take a long walk over to either Llyn Geirionydd or Crafnant to admire the beautiful lakes.

After a day of exploring all the local area has to offer, come back to this characterful and lovingly finished cottage and enjoy some family time. Cook yourself a fresh meal in the modern open plan kitchen/dining room, where you can all sit comfortably and reminisce about the day’s activities. Afterwards, place yourself next to the roaring double-sided wood burner, which you can enjoy either one of the two cosy living areas. Grab a book or watch one of your favourite programmes and settle in for the night. Whether worn out from an adrenaline packed day or after completely winding down, three luxurious and inviting rooms await you, each boasting a modern en-suite bathroom. This perfectly situated cottage will leave you wanting more. Lovely House

We loved our stay in this house in Wales. Interior is amazing with stone walls and it beautifully appointed. Very private and quiet, with amazing views as well. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Location is very rural. Road to get to cabin is one lane and super tight. Tricky driving for those of us not used to such tight lanes, bordered stone walls and no shoulders.
