"Chris, check in guy made it unpleasant. Gave bad room, balked at moving us to another iffy room. Room was updated and clean, but property was clearly old. Breakfast was not included, charged for parking. Too many other options that are friendlier."

"Parking was ok. One or two persons at the front desk was ok. Managers have no regards for customers. Slept in a bed with bed bugs and when i went to .ake a complaint there was no mangager in place. I was informed that i would have to wait until 9am the following morning to speak with the manager. This is unacceptable and a complete disregard for customers concerns, health and safety."

"Good clean room and bath. No room service food. Minibar costs are not so bad apart from alcohol. Good quality food in G7 restaurant with a nice vibe bar and poolside bar. Not so sincere service by staff at the restaurant but 20% service charge irrespective of party size. Expensive valet at $40 per night. Valet staff never pick up phone. Breakfast is average almost like a typical included breakfast in Marriott’s, fresh omelette at omelette bar is good. Gym is terrible, few weights in a rundown...

"This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service "
