"We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! "Property is dated and needs a refresh. The front desk, and breakfast staff are excellent. "

"Noisy, poor air conditioning/ heat. Could not turn the fan on to help with noise control. Layout of the building was confusing. The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. I must say we have travelled a lot and it was one of the few at the bottom of our list. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night."

"I would not recommend staying at this property. While the facilities were clean and the front desk staff was friendly, we were charged again for our stay after paying in full through Expedia. I have attempted calling multiple times over the last week to get this issue resolved but each time I call I am told that the manager is not in and I will have to call again tomorrow. It’s been over a week and I cannot even speak to the manager to start the process of getting my refund back. "

"Really not sure how this motel has an overall high star score. The night clerk with a missing tooth was so rude, its a motel & she said they had no extra pillows when the owner the next morning said they did. Beds were uncomfortable, hard, flat pillows, you pay for what you get!!!"
