"The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. "

"We stayed for Baseball HOF weekend. Easy 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. Perfect setting in the woods for our family of five. Kids loved of loft sleeping areas. Host was very responsive to my questions and kind. Great place and would stay there again when visiting!"

"Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. "We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! Let us in early and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Thank you for sharing your home with us on such a special special week of baseball!!"

"Everything went very smoothly. Check in/out was easy, the door code made it very convenient for a larger group to avoid physical keys, and the property is beautiful!"

"Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend."

"The photographs tell the whole story. Beautiful property, well-appointed. We had players and siblings from a Cooperstown baseball camp, so lots of kid traffic, and they LOVED the place. The entire downstairs is a wonderful play/entertainment area, and parents can peacefully chill upstairs while kids entertain themselves."

"An easy commute (use the freeway) to the All Star Village fields!!!Decent fishing off the dock- we caught some small mouth bass and blue gill. Use orange swimbaits, small spoons, and flies."

"Cabin was clean and fit our family. Shelly was open with communication and prompt. Air conditioning was portable units. There was not central air or window units, however, the temperature was comfortable. We stayed for a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Fields were approximately 20 minutes away. "We had an amazing time during our stay in Treadwell! We were 3 baseball families sharing the home during the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. The 22 minute drive to the fields was scenic and convenient. The younger siblings enjoyed playing wiffle ball in the old horse run! Alex and Sara were hands off yet accessible when we had questions. We'll definitely be back in 2 years when our youngest son is Cooperstown bound! "

"These domes are incredible. Great views, peaceful and serene area with plenty of exploring for the kids. We loved the campfire, being able to munch on blueberries and drinking coffee while the morning fog rolled through the foothills. The dome itself was beautiful and spacious. Great Hosts as well - High Recommend."
