Platte - 37ft RV Camper in the Woods with Fire pit & Hot Tub Access

  • The Platte Camper - The Platte Camper - This 37ft 5th wheel camper is located on part of our 20 acres of woods. This RV has water, electricity, Heat/AC, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, toilet, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is locates down our rail about 300 ft from the main house and 100-200ft from other campers on the property. There is a shared outdoor hot tub that is available for use. We do have a fire pit just outside the camper. There is a nice trail through the woods.

    PLEASE NOTE - This is an older camper in the woods. We try to keep it clean and cozy, but don't expect a plush hotel at a camper price. Most people who understand this leave us great feedback, but those who expect a great hotel room at a camper price are sometimes disappointed. There are many other lodging options in the area that are much nicer, but you also have to pay two to three times more - especially in the prime summer months.

We loved the RV! It’s very quiet, in a forest, lovely walks with our dog around the property. RV has everything you need! Would stay again if we travel back to the area! Highly recommend!

Did not use hot tub, it is like a trailer park with other trailers out there which I feel was a bit misleading on Expedia but the stay was very nice! Furniture was outdated with some rips in fabric but were clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was nice, everything was super clean you could smell the cleaner heavily lol, was nice for what we needed as we did not spend a lot of time in the camper, didn’t really have to speak to staff, self check in, they are on the property if you need them and they seemed like they were ready to help if needed.

Camper was very nice and clean overall. On-demand hot water is a definite plus! Host and manager are quick to respond and help. Great communication.

We booked in advanced and received instructions on how to get to the property. The host provided everything you would need to camp in this spot. Having WIFI and local cable was a cherry on top. The bed was very comfortable, there were pots and pans and bowls and silverware. Plenty of towels and soaps to freshen up. I would recommend the Platte Trailer to anyone. It was great location for a home base to enjoy the local attractions near and around Traverse City. Thumbs up for sure.

Loved the cleanliness and dispite tragedy of the RV was very modern and functional. Hot water was scarce but I think I didn't turn turn on the water heater. Loved it!!

Camping near the National Park

Great camper near the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Property is well maintained and had extra activities to keep the kids occupied. We’d definitely stay here again!

The camper was clean and had everything we needed! Scott was quick to respond to our questions and let us check in a little early so we could change clothes and go to the beach! We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, comfortable and quiet

We enjoyed our stay in the Platte Camper at Beulah Land Resort very much! It was just as described…clean , comfortable, quiet and peaceful! The host was responsive, professional and friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again!

The description of the trailer on Vrbo is exactly as it was when we stayed. Is very quiet, woods around. Is like camping but has the needed kitchen amenities and comfortable. Owner is very responsive to questions before our stay and during our stay.Thank you.
