Summary:
Within a mile away from downtown TC relax in this urban, moody, second floor unit. It is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. This 2 bedroom condo has shared rooftop access where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
The Space:
Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv and a dresser to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.
**Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request**
All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.
In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.
**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number.
**Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected.
***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.
Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.
There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.
Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation.
Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo.
Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary.
Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate.
Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can.
If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.)
It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency.
Please report any damages immediately.

Clean unit. Good location. The only problem we encountered was an issue with the fire alarm. The fire alarm in the hallway kept randomly beeping. There was no battery in it so we eventually had to just remove it when it was beeping in the middle of the night. This would likely be easily fixed by putting a battery in the alarm or replacing the alarm if old.

Clean, bright and cozy
Everything was excellent, except for the code we were given did not work. The host was super fast and getting back with us and we got in immediately. The only thing not great was the pullout couch mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on. I’ve slept on some in the past and they were OK. This one had a painful lump running across where your head rest. I wish I would have turn the pillow around to sleep on the other end of the mattress. I may have gotten some sleep. Other than that, I loved the stay.

Family vaca
Our family of five stayed comfortably here. The property was very clean and communication was excellent. Short (15 min) walk to town and beaches. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck for evening cocktails. We had a great time in Traverse City!

Another Great Stay
This is the second time we have stayed in this unit, third time staying in this building and it was wonderful again. Great location, well stocked condo, and perfect for bringing our pet and family. Only small issue was the pillows had seen much better days, but aside from that I have no complaints. We will be back, again.

Great condo in TC!
This condo looks exactly like the pics! Very good location, close to the different areas in TC. Check in and check out we’re super easy. Only downside is only one parking spot but the owner provides some helpful close options if you need additional parking

Nice Place but Difficult Noise Level
The condo was nice--great size, comfortable places to relax, and really nice bathrooms. Unfortunately, the noise, the cleanliness, and the master bed really downgraded the stay.
On two nights garbage trucks woke us up, the first night at 3:00AM and the second at 6:30AM. The trucks were literally yards from our bedroom window. Otherwise, the proximity to Front Street, though great for walking downtown, made a continually noisy stay.
For the cleanliness, and I hate to nitpick, but the floors in the main living area were pretty dirty. My wife wore socks around in the evening and they picked up a lot of dirt. It was a little unpleasant.
And, for what its worth, the king size bed was not very comfortable--the mattress was quite thin and a little crunchy. That combined with the noise made for a few evenings of difficult sleep. Not the best for vacation.

5 Star but…..
Great property and great location! We only had 3 issues all of which were minor. Condo #1 on first day was smoking a LOT of smelly weed, they were gone the next day. The front door needs to be addressed as only one side has the lock on it and the other is to remain secure. Well everyone exits via the secure door and this causes the other door not to lock. So anyone can then gain access to the property. Lastly, please buy 2 ply toilet paper, paper towels and provide some tissues. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway
This stay was easy and effortless. My friends and I enjoyed the property and were very pleasantly surprised by the carefree check out they offered. It was a great weekend to see the sites and enjoy the city due to the property’s proximity to downtown and Old Mission Peninsula. The guidebook was a great resource as well, and I truly think the management has put in a great effort to make this a worthwhile rental. I definitely recommend to groups of friends and families alike.

Exceptional Traverse City Stay
We were visiting family in TC for Thanksgiving and were thrilled with finding and staying at this pet friendly, clean, and convenient location. Everything we needed was provided and communications with property management were excellent - loved the detailed binder including food and recreation opportunities. Very comfortable beds - we all slept well!

Excellent customer service but very loud
This property was clean, the manager was excellent and the proximity to downtown was good. It was also VERY LOUD. Like sleeping on a highway. So loud that the mangers give you ear plugs on your night stands…the ear plugs help, but not a lot.

Great location! Uber isn't always easy to come by but it's a short walk downtown. Property was super clean and the rooftop was nice to hangout on after a dinner downtown. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and great location!
Walking distance to downtown Traverse City, and several beaches. Worked out great for my wife, two puppies and myself. Got to watch 4th of July fireworks on the deck upstairs. Everything was very clean, and all the amenities we could need.
