"Excellent location in downtown Munising, within walking distance to everything. Small cozy cottage, meticulously maintained. Very clean and everything looks like new or recently painted/ restored. The only suggestion would be to provide some storage space. There’s one clothes closet in the bedroom. The other bedroom has no closet. All other storage spaces, a chest of drawers in the living room, etc. are all filled with cleaning supplies and towels, bed sheets, etc. So basically one is living...

"Rustic indeed, in the best kind of way! Just enough seclusion while being close enough to all you need. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The beach access across the road was a huge plus. We’ll be back!"

"My wife and 4 kids, aged 7-16, stayed for nights. PROS: We loved the location, easy to get to Marquette and other sites. Kids loved the table games. Kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of utensils dishes, etc and things, like a soft-sided cooler we could bring along for picnic lunches at waterfalls. CONS: honestly not much, There are some little things that could be improved, we used the pool table a lot, and while we loved it, it was wobbly. A little more comfy seating in the main...

"The property is great and pretty quiet. Super easy to find, easy check-in and great communication about your reservation with hosts. The solo stoves are a nice touch and the two trails on property are a nice little perk! Close to town, restaurants, waterfalls and Picture Rocks National Lakeshore. 10/10! "

"The property was beautiful. The house was very clean. Our grandchildren had an awesome time. The only think they wanted was to fish. A fishing pole or two would have been extra great! But we loved our stay! Thank you"

"Clean, relaxing environment, over looking a small lake, was stocked with all the essentials you would need. Close enough to all of the Pictured Rocks attractions, but out of town enough to relax. Well kept property inside and out. Would visit again. Thanks for a memorable experience! "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Breath taking views, quiet and serene. We grilled, had a fire and tested out the sauna! There was plenty to do just outside, but inside were games and whatnot to keep you entertained. We HIGHLY recommend and hope to return!"

"Clean, convenient and comfortable! The apartment is no-frills, but completely equipped. Chad and Amanda respond quickly and efficiently. We had a great getaway in Munising. Hiked, biked, kayaked, cruised the Pictured Rocks. We love to sit outside in the evenings-Bayshore Park is an easy walk and a great place to unwind with a view. "

"We loved the central location. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The kayaks provided were a nice perk. If you use them, just beware that you need to carry them to an access point. It is almost impossible to carry them down the hill. We had an issue when we used the numbered key pad to lock the door. We could not get back in using the security code and notified the property owners who responded very quickly to our problem. The beds were very comfortable and the shower,...

"Everything was as described. We felt safe in the location. The kitchen was fully equipped and the table allowed for 4 adults and 2 small kids on the end to eat comfortably. We liked that there were multiple seating options in the living room and plenty of room for our kids to play on the floor. We were able to fit 2 twin blow up mattresses for the kids in one of the rooms, and we ended up moving one to the other room with space to spare. Would recommend!"

"This was our first trip to the UP and with 3 kids and a large dog, we don’t travel light. I was a little worried not having a big discount store nearby but all that stress melted away when we arrived and all the little things were already waiting for us- from soap to dog dishes to marshmallows to extra TP, the house was fully stocked. "This cottage was great for our family. It is located right on the river bank in a quiet area. The living room and kitchen were roomy, and the bedrooms plenty big.It was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, and paper products.The outside area was great for sitting as a group, having an evening around the fire pit, or sticking your feet in the river. We had paddle boarders and swimmers with us that took advantage of being riverside. Nobody brought a fishing pole, so I don’t know about fishing...
