"This property was a very luxurious and satisfying way to enjoy the Munising / Pictured Rocks area attractions. We spent a really enjoyable week here and couldn’t have asked for a better location or amenities from our lodging. The luxury of having two full bathrooms (even though there were only two of us!) was a real plus! And all the other features of this home were also greatly appreciated - a very nice and accessible garage, a delightful back yard / patio area with lots of grilling and seating...

"Our family loved our getaway to Santa’s Shack whole house! There were seven of us, and we all had our own bed with plenty of space to hang out as a large group or individually. The house was fully equipped to meet all of our needs, and the hot tub was a great addition! It was easy to find, and located with quick convenient access to restaurants, waterfalls, hiking trails, and the casino. We would definitely stay here again. Danielle even allowed us to show up early due to the storms approaching...

"My family and I wanted to try being “off-grid” for a night. This place was perfect! Megan was a wonderful host and everything was just how it said it would be. This cozy cabin was the perfect spot to recharge! I would definitely recommend this wonderful spot ."

"Very accommodating host and wonderful location. It was tucked back from the main road which was a relief since we traveled with our dogs. Def was chillier weather than I was hoping for so but we certainly didn’t let it stop us! "

"This was our first time venturing into the UP. We loved the lakefront property. Access to Lake Au Train directly from our personal dock was great, appreciated having the boat and kayaks on site with life preservers. Location has great proximity to the offerings of Munising and the Pictures Rocks."

"The accommodations were clean and updated. The bathrooms and showers were cleaned often. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is nearby many desirable places and things to see. A perfect place to stay for people with and without kids."

"This was a nice place for my family to stay, with nearby access to hikes, waterfalls, lake superior, AU Train Lake, and not far from Munising/Marquette. The bungalow we stayed at was nice, bathrooms were nice as well!"

"I have now stayed twice at this location, and both times have been perfect. It’s beautiful, quiet, and I love how cozy the little bungalows are. The bathhouse is really so close, the description is right, so I appreciate not having to walk far. Also, every interaction with the owners has been cheerful, they always seem happy and it makes the whole experience that much more comfortable. Will happily return."

"Nice little house out in the country. Close enough to fun places, but with lots of room and privacy for our family. House is well stocked with the basics. The sauna was a nice perk! Checkout process was easy. "

"It is near where i needed to be, place is clean but the road to it if its snowing may possible not be plowed whoch can be an issue for other travelers. We traveled in a pickup truck plus had family in area if we needed help. It served its purpose and dont have to be in Marquette only. Price was reasonable. They had stuff to cook etc and extra bed for the 6th person. It was what we needed and thankful for that. "
