"Pretty disappointed by this stay. Room did not feel very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, the bed was made with a sheet that seemed too small, leaving part of the mattress exposed. We were given little vouchers for the coffee pods (which gave the two of us 4 total pods for our 3 night stay), which just made the entire experience feel like they provided the bare minimum for what was a pretty expensive price. Why even have a nice coffee machine if they don’t want to provide enough coffee? I...

"The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
The location is good for walking to the train station, the bus station and to shops.
However, there are many stairs to enter into the building. The staff assisted with the luggage on check-in and check out.
The noise in the alley late at night and all through the night was extreme. I guess we were unlucky to get one of the rooms that the windows faced the alley. As the air conditioning was not working, our...

"Room was small, no electrical outlets in bathroom so had to blow dry hair in living room as there was no practical mirror in bedroom. Room was very warm even with the provided fans and a/c unit. No fan in the bathroom so it gets very steamy and muggy. Shower taps were awkward/ hard to get to as there was a half piece of glass halfway along the tub. Bed was comfy though. About a 20 min walk from Queen Street train station and Buchanan bus stop. View consisted of the 9th floor parking garage next...
