"Clean, well thought out Granny unit place, with a great night time view of the east bay. Check in box is the one one the left side of the front gate: we struggled a moment trying to get in using the code box on the right side of the front gate. Very helpful gentleman from inside the gate came to our rescue.Will look for this VRBO when traveling through again."

"Stay was great...friendly staff...only complaint is, for us boaters...boat launch and dock needs to be widened,..it's very narrow and makes it tough to put boat in and out...talked to others that had same complaints and said they may not return...also would be nice to have a water spicket in that area a ways after the ramp to hook up a hose and wash off all the muck that collects there at the ramp pulling out the boat..it was rediculously awful...had to go to car wash after to pressure wash it...

"Thank you once again Kay for hosting my family and I! We felt right at home and my children really enjoyed the front and backyard. They took advantage of the piano as well such a beautiful touch to this comfy place. Overall we felt safe and Kay was available for anything we needed. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Modern Oasis. The house is completely new. Great pool. Good communication with the host. The house, pool, and grounds were even better than described. There were 5 queen size bedrooms not 4 and 2.5 bathrooms, not 2. The appliances were all brand new and too smart for us ;-). We didn’t know what to expect this being our first visit to California and staying in a VRBO. Our host responded well to our needs."

"3rd time this year visiting this bungalow and loved it each time. Only suggestion was to get a larger tv as we are 84 and 81 and enjoy tv . Cannot read the one they have nor see the picture very good. Being handicaped seeing and hearing at our age is important. Just a bit bigger screen would be great. Our little getaway from home on the water. It was fun."

"I booked this listing for my daughter’s wedding. Her and her bridesmaids stayed the night before and then got ready the day of the wedding. The venue was in close proximity to her venue, the rustic ranch. The wedding night her and her husband stayed. It’s a fabulous home with great picture taking possibilities.
