"Stunning property, excellent location for exploring Southern Charente and the Northern Dordogne areas. Well equipped, clean with a beautiful pool. Sallyanne and Peter on hand for any assistance and for excellent tips for places to visit or for really good eateries. Definitely recommend - look no further!"

"Nice house, very pleasant to stay in ( though a door between the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and kitchen should be installed to lower the noise level when one is asleep. )As for the swimmingpool, just great for children. "The farmhouse is beautiful with stunning views. The owners were very accommodating and had thought about everything with some lovely personal touches. The children spent a lot of time in the pool. We had great weather which meant we didn’t make much use of the sitting room, which was also amazing. Worth every penny"

"Bernard and Sylvie were very sweet and quite accommodating. We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay more. The site is perfect for a couple or young family, quiet, beautiful, and very enjoyable. Communication was prompt and they were very discreet and polite. Merci pour tout!"

"We loved our stay at Dominique’s . The cottage is great, homely and spacious. The farm is beautiful! We loved swimming in the river and using the bikes provided to cycle into town. The nearby town is stunning.Dominique was a fantastic host, so welcoming and very helpful with knowledge of the area. She also gave us a spare buggy and fresh vegetables from her garden. Thank you so much for a very special holiday. Would highly recommend. "

"We had two lovely week holiday at The Chai and cannot fault anything. Anne and her husband are the perfect hosts-friendly, welcoming and happy to provide ideas and advice for places to visit. They were always available but never intrusive. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean.
