"We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again."

"Nos encantó la estancia en este hotel. Facil acceso y personal muy amable y atento. Habitación con grandes vistas al pueblo y a las montañas, varios detalles de bienvenida (fruta, chocolates..).
Lugar muy tranquilo, ya que no es considerado un destino turístico, por lo que es por lo que es ideal para desconectar y a pocos metros de las pistas por si tu elección es por el esquí.
La cena en el restaurante es espectacular, muy buen ambiente, variedad de carta y menús.

"Que encantador lugar, la habitación limpia y cómoda con un balcón con vista a las montañas, tiene parking justo al lado y el hotel te ofrece un descuento por estacionar ahí. La estación de trenes casi enfrente y un muy buen restaurante abajo. El desayuno muy completo, en fin estuvimos encantados aunque nuestra estancia ahí era para visitar Zermatt valió mucho la pena!!"

"This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times."

"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "

We were able to place specific breakfast order the night before and specify the time we would eat. The food in the restaurant for dinner was also amazing with both presentation and taste. All this plus Beautiful views of the town and mountains. Also very central 10 minutes from town center and train station. Excellent ! Do highly recommend ! "

The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours.
